Leveraging 18 years’ experience, Velora leads °®½´ÊÓƵ’s business development efforts—overseeing the development and execution of the corporate new business strategy.
Prior to joining °®½´ÊÓƵ, Velora was the Vice President of Business Development Operations at Creative Associates International where she managed business development strategy and oversaw global pursuits. She held a similar role at ACDI/VOCA as Senior Director for Business Development where she led capture and proposal development teams to align with corporate objectives and achieve growth targets. Velora worked for over a decade at Booz Allen Hamilton, primarily as a Department of Defense portfolio manager for the Air Force Language, Regional Expertise and Culture program and policy office.
Velora holds a bachelor’s in geography (geopolitics) and a master’s in European studies.
